Industrial Mix Covers
Similar to the development of other seals and filters in the Hendee line of products, the Mixer Cover was a solution to recurring challenges in paint manufacturing and in paint mixing plants. During the processing of paints, harmful paint fumes are released into the atmosphere and the paint mixing equipment splatters the processing areas, creating a mess that must be cleaned, which in turn causes downtime in the plant.  Hendee’s solution to this problem was to come up with an anti-static polyethylene cover that is designed to fit over the gear housing at the top of the paint mixing machine, and the mixer tank at the bottom. This  "simple" solution has been well received by our customers, and Hendee has now expanded the product line to include covers that fit rectangular tanks in addition to the round ones.

Process Tank Cover
Process tank covers are a circular cover made of lightweight antistatic film. The tank covers are an idea that sprang forth from the paint industry where they mix product in open drums and constantly battle the dangers of paint fumes. The drum cover is an excellent solution for working around an open top container. Easy to handle, and inexpensive, the lightweight cover developed by Hendee Enterprises offers an alternative to cumbersome metal lids.

Tote Bin Cover
One of Hendee Enterprises' newest products is an anti-static drip cover for the tote tank, available in 2 mil and 4 mil polyethelene. This tank cover is the result of another direct request from several of our customers. The tote tanks become coated with dried paint as a result of testing and filling. Our cover fits over the outside of the container. The covers go on the tanks before filling, stay on during usage, and keep the container clean throughout the entire process, thereby reducing costly tote tank cleaning. Product labels and hazard warnings are also better preserved by this protective drip cover.

Railcar

Hopper Car Containment Tray

Hopper Car Hose Holder
This innovative device is used to support hoses during loading and unloading. The Hose Holder helps keep contaminants out of the hose by raising it above the ground and catches any spillage upon disconnect of the hose. It comes packaged (1) to a package and includes (2) Velcro straps for securing the hose to the holder.

Man-Lift Bucket Cover
This moisture proof cover keeps aerial buckets dry, clean and safe. Made from heavy-duty, 18 oz. vinyl laminated nylon fabric with long life extruded 1/8" neoprene rubber "O" ring to provide a tough, long lasting fit. Foam insert covers have cross-link polyethylene foam sewn in. Covers have been designed not to absorb water in case of accidental puncture.
